SHRI MAD DAYANAND UTKARSH ARSH KANYA GURUKUL The Kanya Gurukul was established by Acharya Rashmi Arya on 14th April 2008 in Narangpura, near Meerut, U.P. Its objectives are to provide a holistic education to orphans and girls from economically deprived backgrounds
acorrding to the great call that mother is the creator, only educated and cultured girls can build a society and a nation. Inspired and determined by this spirit, sister Rashmi Arya, who is a resident of Chhattisgarh, has pledged to remain a Brahmacharini for life and leave her entire family In the Arya world, in the service of Gurukul, full form is engaged with body and mind. You have a special image in the field of your labor.
Rashmi Arya has qualification M.A. Sanskrit M.A. Sociology and B.Ed.
Rashmi Arya also awarded the title of “Sevashram Ratna” from the famous social service organization of Arya Samaj and “Ramdas Itwaria Samman” for excellent social service by the Human Services Foundation, Delhi, under the Mahila Shiksha Suraksha Abhiyan run by Uttar Pradesh Government Also awarded “Malala Meerut”.

माता निर्माता भवति के अनुसार शिक्षित व संस्कारित कन्यायें ही समाज व राष्ट्र का निर्माण कर सकती है। इसी भावना से प्रेरित व संकल्पित होकर बहन रश्मि आर्या जो छत्तीसगढ की रहने वाली है जिन्होने जीवन पर्यन्त ब्रहम्चारिणी रहने की प्रतिज्ञा ली है। तथा अपना भरा-पूरा परिवार छोडकर आर्य जगत में गुरुकुल की सेवा में पूर्ण रूपेण तन मन से लगी हुई है। आपके परिश्रम की क्षेत्र में एक विशेष छवि है। आपकी शैक्षिक योग्यता एम.ए. संस्कृत, एम.ए. समाजशास्त्र तथा बी.एड है। आपको आर्यसमाज की प्रसिद्ध समाजसेवी संगठन “सार्वदेशिक” से “सेवाश्रमरत्न” की उपाधि से एवं मानव सेवा प्रतिष्ठान (दिल्ली) द्धारा उत्कृष्ट समाज सेवा हेतु राम दास इतवारिया सम्मान से सम्मानित उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्धारा चलाई गयी महिला शिक्षा सुरक्षा अभियान के अन्तर्गत मलाला मेरठ से भी सम्मानित किया गया है व अनेकों संस्थाओं से कई बार सम्मानित किया जा चुका है।
बहन गुलशन जी (नारंगपुर) जिनकी योग्यता बी.एस.सी, एम.बी.ए, एल.एल.बी ,पी. जी. डी. वाई. ओ.योगा व डी फार्मा है। वह प्रारम्भ से ही गुरुकुल में रह कर ही वहाॅ के प्रत्येक क्रिया कलापों मे रश्मि बहन जी का कंधे से कंधा मिला कर पूर्ण रुपेण निष्ठा व लगन के साथ कार्य कर रही है। और बहन अलका शास्त्री जो बी. ए.,एम .ए .,बी. एड.,बी .टी .सी .है प्रधानाचार्या के पद पर कार्य कर रही है।
वर्तमान में गुरुकुल में अनेक कन्यायें विद्या अध्ययनरत हैं जो भिन्न भिन्न प्रदेशो से है। बच्चों के सर्वांगीण विकास हेतु गुरुकुल प्रांगण में योगासन, व्यायाम, प्राणायाम, गीत-संगीत, सिलाई-बुनाई विभिन्न प्रकार के खेल इंग्लिश स्पीकिगं, संस्कृत स्पीकिंग, कम्प्यूटर, जिमनास्टिक,धनुर्विद्या , जूडो कराटे व शूटिग का प्रशिक्षण दिया जाता है। आगामी समय में निशानेबाजी एन.सी.सी. तथाव्यावसायिक शिक्षा भी प्रस्तावित है। आधुनिक शिक्षा के साथ संस्कृत व्याकरण ,वेद, दर्शन,वैदिक साहित्य ,गीता अष्टाध्यायी,चाणक्य नीति ,योग दर्शन व पंचपाणिनि आदि की शिक्षा भी दीं जा रही है।
गुरुकुल के पास लगभग 6000 वर्ग मी. (8बीघे)भूमि है जिसकी चारदीवारी तार सहित पूर्ण हो चुकी है। शिक्षण हेतु 12 कक्ष 22X25 वर्ग फुट के, 10 फुट का बरामदा तथा 8 फुट के जीने व 20 शौचालय 15 स्नानागार का निर्माण हो चुका है 1 गार्ड कक्ष निर्माणधीन है। गुरुकुल की 50 बीघे भूमि प्रस्तावित है जिसमें खेल का मैदान, छात्रावास, कार्यालय अध्यापक कक्ष, पाकशाला , अतिथिशाला, यज्ञशाला, गौशाला, पुस्तकालय आदि प्रस्तावित है
